The Titan Entrepreneurs Network Wiki is one building block for ongoing work to build a wide volunteer network of resources to support emerging, fast growth companies. We name it in honor of Zack Dafaallah’s creation, the Titan Entrepreneurs Network. Zack is the creator and founding president of the Network. He is a seasoned business owner and a longtime volunteer Entrepreneur in Residence at California State University Fullerton’s Center for Entrepreneurship. (Go Titans!) His passion for free enterprise is unbounded. Though this Wiki, we open the door for you to join our exciting entrepreneurial culture. The Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics endorses the TEN Wiki. The Wiki is an important tool for building a wide volunteer network of resources to support emerging, fast growth companies. It is interactive. Using the TEN Wiki, you can ask questions related to your ventures and get answers. Also, you can share your expertise to help other entrepreneurs. Read questions and respond. Sign up to be one of our writers and publish pages on important issues. Post, or share links to, relevant content – written, audio, photo and video. Help edit content in the TEN Wiki knowledge bases. Some say that the greatest challenge for financially successful entrepreneurs is the quest for significance. The vision of the TEN Wiki goes beyond assembly of a tool kit containing tips and tricks for financial gain. It aims to advance free enterprise by giving its members opportunities to achieve and to help others to achieve. As an active member, you will increase your autonomy by better directing your own life and work. You will approach mastery by getting better at what matters. You will gain purpose by committing to serve something larger than yourself. (1) Success is your choice, so is significance. Join us as we strive to advance free enterprise. Initially, we offer eleven discussion categories (click on "discussions" in the tool bar at the top of this page). To start, simply click on the category of your choice and check out existing threads. Add your comments, or start a new thread by asking a question, making an observation, or recommending a resource. Try out the Coaches' Corner if you seek a solution for a specific entrepreneurial challenge, or want to explore ways to take advantage of a new opportunity. Our volunteer coaches (including this site's creator) read and contribute to this category.. They are successful entrepreneurs and seasoned advisers who may be able to help you. (1) The definitions of autonomy, mastery and purpose owe much to Daniel H Pink. His book, Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us, views these three elements as essential components of intrinsic motivation. |
